FRANK lives and works in Boorloo (Perth) on Whadjuk Noongar boodja (country).

FRANK respectfully acknowledges the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation as the traditional custodians of Boorloo, and their more than 45,000 years of continuing connection to the land, waters and community, and their creation and performance of art.

Sovereignty has never been ceded. This land always was and always will be Aboriginal.
